As a human being, we can't run away from the problem. What's ur problem?..money?..no job after graduates?..PTPTN?..no friend?..no boyfriend?..break of with ur bf?..miss ur parent?..fell alone?..unhealthy?..so on..1st things, u need to know this may produce very bad feelings coz of anxiety and frustration..hurgh..whatever happen..u must think of urself more than think other..u must be happy, enjoying ur life with good health. Come on..Don't be sad..!!
For those who want to get well, here are few suggestions for improvement:
1) Stop excusing your weaknesses. You will never learn to control yourself until you face up to urself and admit that you are not perfect. Only then will you begin to developed the will power to make change for the better.
2) Be patient with urself. This is a good time to take yourself in hand and develop new ways of living.
3) Take time to rest. Be sure to get plenty of quite, restful sleep. It will take time to rebuild your wasted tissue. Go to SPA or facial, u can feel give the special appreciation of urself..
4) Develop new hobbies and new interests. These will keep your mind active, and you keep urself busy helping others, your mind will be constantly occupied with constructive throughts and plans for the future.
5) Stop worrying about the past. You cannot change it. Only God can remove the sense of guilt and shamed from one who is deeply troubled. Learn to forgive urself, ur family and other who make ur bad feeling.
Change ur attitude to be positive..This is only way you can really appreciate of you life!!~fs~
